We process names, correspondence, career history and interview notes to run recruitment assignments, to introduce candidates with consent, and to keep records required of an employment agency. We do not sell candidate data or use it for unrelated marketing lists.

Confidential searches are stored with restricted access inside the firm. We retain files for as long as a search or a reasonable private book requires, then delete or anonymise them.
